Recap of My Year In Aeldia: A Choose Your Own Adventure Reading Challenge – 2024

A Year In Aeldia

Hey Bookworms, if you’re anything like me you can’t see a reading challenge without wanting to participate. In previous years I spread myself too thin by saying yes to all of them (and inevitably finishing none🙃). Well, this year I took part in the Choose Your Own Adventure: A Year in Aeldia 2024 reading challenge hosted by G. from Book Roast. And I am happy to report that I’m on track to have it done by the end of December! 🎉 This is a recap of how my reading adventure went and which prompts I fulfilled.

Watch the video if you want to know more but the general idea is that we find ourselves stuck in a dungeon and have to find the way out!

Initially, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to wing it or aim my path toward a specific reward. But as I read the rewards for the various path options, I saw there was a rescue cat so I pointed my reading in that direction!

Thank you, I’m pretty happy with myself for finishing it! & It is SO well thought-out, it’s genuinely impressive how much effort and love the host pours into it! ♥

  1. Congrats on completing the challenge! 🎉 I hope G makes one for 2025 cos I really enjoyed it! I generally suck at completing challenges but I’m almost done with this one and even though we hit some bumps along the way, I’m thrilled that I made it with a full board to get the Decorative Statue! 🤣
