Top 10 Favourite Books From Series I Love

Hey bookworm friends, Happy Friday! I missed TTT on Tuesday but I like the topic so I’m joining in, day of the week be damned! As the title suggests, this week’s topic is Top 10 Favourite Books From Series. I’ve been dropping the ball with keeping up with series lately but I’ll be focusing on series I’ve either finished or at least read several installments of. It was tough picking my favourite babies from each series since I love them all!

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. Don’t forget to check out her post and link up!

  1. I’ve only read one of these series so far so can’t compare over much. The Winter of The Witch is my favourite within the Winternight trilogy too though. It almost could have been the second one but I found the ending slightly rushed. That finale really hurt though 😬 Mistborn is definitely on my high priority TBR though so it’ll be interesting to see which book within the series is my favourite. And I really want to read Flamefall sometime too as well as Invisible Library and Empire Of Sand (although I’m planning to read the authors other series first there).

    1. haha Yes! I feel like it’s a lot of people’s fav in the series too! I really liked the ending haha 🙂

I’ll be curious as to which Mistborn you like the most too. I’m only counting era 1 here by the way since I have yet to read era 2.

Haha yes makes sense though I am you’re interested in a few for later lol At least the Empire of Sand is just part of a duology so it’s short.

      1. That’s wonderful to hear tbh as all too often people feel disappointed by an ending. So it’s lovely that it seems to be a strength here instead. Although saying that I oddly loved a lot of endings last year.

Is that books 1-3? I remember seeing it split into trilogies when I looked.

That’s true. I just know that the finale to Jasmine Throne is out this year so I’m hoping to catch up on that one before then 🤞

        1. That’s great I’m glad you loved a lot of endings last year because I barely saw any 😂😂 Yeah exactly, it’s split into rough trilogies and Era 1 is the first trilogy.

Oh nice that’s exciting!! I hope you’re able to catch up on it 🙂

          1. I guess I’ve been trying to read a lot of my TBR a whole series at a time 😂 and I was determined to finally read ADSOM before Threads came out. I thought so. I noticed a lot of the longer series on my TBR have splits like that.

            Thank you.

          2. haha that is quite the challenge!

I like when bigger series are split like that, it gives a natural pausing point which I appreciate:)

  2. Great list! I’ve got the Manners and Monsters series on my TBR, but haven’t read it yet. And I’m glad to hear that the Lore Olympus series stays enjoyable—I’ve only read book one so far. Happy reading!

    1. Oh lovely, yes! We have talked about this author before so I am glad and I hope you enjoy it! For me Lore Olympus has stayed enjoyable the whole way through even though it has some heavy parts.

  3. The only one I’ve read is Lore Olympus but I haven’t caught up with that one because I want it to be complete before bingeing it but I don’t know when that’s happening (or is it already finished?)! I’m keen to read Arden’s series as it’s so beloved and I also need to finish this series by Andrews. I have so many of their series started but have yet to finish one 😂

    1. I know what you mean I have been reading it slowly too because It’s one I just want to enjoy and don’t want it to end haha that’s a good question, Webtoon says it’s complete but I don’t know if that means that all of it is out in book form yet or not.

haha yes Andrews have so many series!! and I want to try a bunch of them too! I definitely recommend Arden’s series as well, reading it in 2020 helped keep me entertained which I will always be grateful for haha

  4. Empire of Sand is the only one here I’ve read but it’s really stuck in my memory. One day I’ll get around to reading the sequel – thanks for reminding me of it.

    1. I think of Empire of Sand a lot, it really stayed with me as well, I just thought it had so many creative ideas I had never seen before. The sequel is great too though it follows the other sister so I didn’t love it as much. I hope you enjoy it if you ever decide to finish the duology 🙂
