Hey bookworm friends! I’ve been loving making my ‘New This Month’ posts but I always find way too many amazing books to add to the list. 😜 So please take them in the spirit that they’re given: more of a PSA and celebration of new books rather than any kind of promise that I’ll read them all. It’s simply not possible but a world of possibilities does make me happy! All but one of these books are from new-to-me authors which is exciting. Take a look at my 24 Anticipated Releases for February 2026! They’ll be organized loosely by genre categories and then by publishing date.

I’m wishing you nothing but excellent reads in February and thank you for reading until the end! 🖤
I did my best to list the expected pub dates but you never know, dates can change. If you’re interested in any of these releases please make sure you keep an eye on the latest updates yourself.
Let’s chat in the comments!
Are you looking forward to any of these? Or, did I miss any that you would add to the list?

Oh my gosh, February is insane! I plan on reading The Red Winter and For Human Use, and I’ve already read Nightshade & Oak and Agnes Aubert (loved them both!)
Yeah, the amount of amazing books coming out this month is WILD!! Ahh amazing I’m so glad you loved both the ones you read already! 😀
Well, I just added about a 1/4 of these titles to my 2026 releases radar TBR cos I hadn’t heard of them before! 👀 Thanks, I guess? Haha. Omg, based on covers alone, there are so many appealing books releasing this month but your short blurbs have piqued my interest even more! I hope you enjoy all of these (or the ones you get to). Happy reading!
Ah that brings me so much joy! And I hope that they bring YOU joy if you do read them! 😀 haha I’m only a teeensy bit sorry but mostly not 😛 hehe I figured the short blurbs are useful to add on there for extra *flavour* ! Thank you, honestly I wish I could read them all but knowing me I know I won’t be able to lol. Happy reading to you, too!
Oh wow, what a great list! And the covers! February is gonna be gorgeous, haha 🙂
Several of these were already on my TBR (Heather Fawcett is top of the list!), but now I’m feeling curious about some more…
Thanks, Rebecca 😀 I’m glad some of these have caught your attention and I really need to try all of Heather Fawcett’s books!! 😀
I love these posts 🥰 I’m sure you’ll be unsurprised to know that I already have all of the titles from your fantasy section on my TBR 😂 and I really hope you get a chance to check out Cleopatra as it’s by one of my favourite authors. I’m very intrigued by The Trident & The Pearl and need to keep an eye out for some reviews of it. Adding The Other Moctezuma Girls to my TBR and I’ll have to double check that House Of Fallen Sisters is on it. And naturally I have my eye on the gothic title 😍😍
I cant believe how many fantastic sounding February releases there are. If March proves itself to be a busier month like usual I may actually drown in books 🙈
Thank you, Charlotte and you’re right, I am unsurprised 😛 Thanks, I hope so too since it’s an author I haven’t tried yet! The Trident and the Pearl sounds so good but I have read something by that author so at least I know I like her writing style 🙂 I’m glad you’re adding a couple more to your list hehe 🙂 and yes I knew you’d like the gothic title! haha oh no, I hope you know how to swim honestly because I think March will also provide!
😂😂
I really recommend The Final Strife by her in that case. Ooh what have you tried by the other author? You know me well 😅 and at least that’s exciting. So many books!!!
Ah thank you, I have heard great things about The Final Strife! By Sarah K. L. Wilson I’ve tried The Phoenix Heart series. True, there’s no time to ever be bored with all these great books coming out 😀
Ah right, is that the one you DNFed in the end? I remember the series if so but didnt click that it was the same author 🙈
Wow, that’s a lot of new releases! I have read two of these and I’m also looking at the Red Winter.
Lynn 😀
Ah, awesome which ones have you read so far? And Red Winter sounds so good!! 🙂 Thanks for visiting, Lynn!
