Hey bookworm friends. Wishing everyone a very happy August! It’s my favourite month of the year because it’s my birthday month and growing up it was always full of fun! So for this week’s freebie cover TTTopic, I decided to merge it with Leslie’s Birthstone Book Covers meme. I’m going to highlight books with peridot covers to celebrate August (and my birthstone). I did this last year and it’s not the easiest colour to find but I’m going to pick different books this time around (even if it’s just as an accent)📗. All of the covers are from my TBR and, in case anyone is wondering, the only book from last year’s list that I’ve read since then is Greenteeth.

Ahh yay birthday buddies!! 🥳 I hope you have a fab birthday this month! And That’s fair. I do love green and bright colours so I’m happy to have it but if I got to choose I would have picked Onyx or Black Opal or another black stone. My two sides: I either love extremely bright colours or all black 😂. What would you have picked if you could? I agree about Kill All Wizards, the humorous tone sounds so great! 🙂

I totally agree that peridot is a tricky shade to find but you’ve done wonderfully. A lot of my options use details rather than the full design too. Those Japser Fforde and Kill All Wizard backgrounds are perfect though. I’m also incredibly curious about The Reimagining Of Thornwood House

Aw thanks, and yeah as long as the colour is somewhere on the cover in a meaningful way, I think it’s fair game 😉 So many people have said they’re curious about that one too so I’m hoping it gets a lot of attention as it seems super cute!
